“Lindy’s guests, who I’m convinced are hand-selected through the gift of the Holy Spirit, bring to life the true meaning of love, surrender, redemptive suffering, triumph of the human spirit and a whole lot of grace! Lindy’s podcast is one of those that draws you closer to our Lord through the reflections of others. You will see yourself in the stories shared. You will see our Lord at work and you will intimately know his love through the words shared by your brothers and sisters in Christ. This podcast is a daily gift and for this, I give thanks to Lindy for hearing the call and for saying YES!”
“Lindy brings a unique mix of patient listening, thoughtful questions and heartwarming stories in each episode. The podcast feels so authentic, so genuine as she presents each guest- it doesn’t feel manufactured, as podcasts can often be. It’s more like attending a small, faith sharing group. After listening, I feel as enriched as if I’d been on a retreat. I’m grateful for her many guests who share vulnerably and for the conversational approach she brings to the show.”
“The beauty of Mamas in Spirit is that it gives women and men a place to find that understanding they so look for when they are suffering. You want to be understood. Who better to understand you than somebody else who has been through something similar, so that you know you aren’t alone.”
“This is a beautiful podcast! I am so inspired and left feeling God’s love through the vulnerable, heart-wrenching, and inspiring stories of these beautiful people. Lindy is a gem and the way she interviews people let’s their light shine and makes you feel like you are in the room with them. I am so thankful for this podcast! It makes me want to let Jesus love me more.”

The last time Angela saw her brother, Albert, he kissed her belly. Angela was nine months pregnant and had just asked Albert to be the Godfather of her baby.
That was the last time Angela saw Albert alive.
Weeks later Angela traveled from California to her homeland of Hawaii (she had been crowned Miss America, Hawaii years earlier). As Angela stood at the security gate holding her new baby, she prepared to board a plane to attend her late brother’s funeral.
Angela’s brother died much too young when he took his own life. Angela now understood the sacred value of life “from womb to tomb” in a profound way. She was caught between the glorious joy of new life and the indescribable agony of sudden and tragic death.
In this final Lenten Podcast, learn how Christ meets us when we are on our knees and have no idea how to stand. Be blessed with new life by the grace of God, even when you think it may be impossible.
